  Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare eight muffin cups. Line them with paper liners.
- Make muffins by whisking together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a small measuring cup, pour oil. Mix in enough milk and egg to make 1 cup. Stir until well combined. Mix flour mixture until well combined. Mix in blueberries and set aside.
- Make the crumb topping by mixing sugar, butter, cinnamon, and flour in a small bowl. Use a fork to combine until it becomes crumbly.
- Fill the muffin cups with the batter, making sure to fill them up to the top. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
- Bake the muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the muffin comes out clean.

Crumb Topping

- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamo.
Tips
You will need 4 cups if you use a 12-cup muffin tray. When baking, add one tablespoon of water. Muffins will burn quickly if they are made in cups that are empty.
