Breakfast smoothie

Enjoy the best of the berry season by sipping on a glass of fruity goodness.





  • Cut the banana in your blender or food process. Add the berries of your choice. Blend until smooth. Once the blades are whirring, add juice or water. Add a few more fruits to the bowl, and drizzle honey over it.


  • One small, ripe banana
  • About 140g blackberries, blueberries and raspberries (or use a mixture), plus additional to serve
  • Optional: Mineral water or apple juice
  • To serve: Runny honey
