Two-minute breakfast smoothie

In no time, whip up a low-fat breakfast smoothie. For slow-release fuel, mix bananas with soft fruits and honey.

 

 

Method

STEP 1

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender. Whiz for 1 minute until smooth.

STEP 2

  • Serve the banana oat smoothie in two glasses.

Ingredients

  • One banana
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 80g of soft fruit (whatever your preference – blueberries, strawberries, or mango all work well).
  • 150ml milk
  • One teaspoon honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
